McGuigan changes roles at Scotiabank

Paul McGuigan has been appointed as managing director, co-head, global securities finance at Canadian multinational Scotiabank.

This comes almost 10 years after McGuigan started at the company, having begun as a director of Prime Services in 2016, as well as working as a co-chair of the European DEI Committee.

McGuigan has previously worked within a number of companies, including HSBC, Deutsche Íø±¬³Ô¹Ï, and two periods at Deutsche Bank, the first between 2005 and 2007 and the second from 2014 to 2016.

He has a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Leeds.
